The 12-Week Roadmap

WEEKS 1–2 Discover & organize: intake, preferences, goals and application setup.
WEEKS 3–5 Research: careers, majors, colleges and balanced-list development.
WEEKS 6–8 Build: personal essay development and Common App completion.
WEEKS 9–12 Review & submit: final checks and deadline-based submission strategy.

Financial Aid Guidance

FAFSA and CSS Profile guidance can be added to Senior Sprint for families who would like additional support navigating financial-aid applications, requirements, and deadlines.

  • RSD provides advising, coaching, planning support, education, and feedback. Admission, scholarship, financial-aid, and enrollment outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
  • Students and families remain responsible for accurate and timely submission of applications, financial-aid forms, and enrollment materials.
  • Program effectiveness depends on student participation, completion of assigned work, and timely communication. Final scope, schedule, payment plan, and policies are documented in the client agreement.
